Bedroom 1: 2 single beds

Located on the ground floor, this bedroom can either be 2 x singles or made up as a super king bed.
It is part of the downstairs suite, sharing it's shower room with Bedroom 2.
Please note although this room is part of a suite, it is a separate bedroom with access off a corridor.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

Also located on the ground floor next to Bedroom 1, is Bedroom 2, it is a smaller bedroom and can be made up as either singles or as a king sized bed. As it is part of the downstairs suite it shares a shower room with Bedroom 1.
Please note although this room is part of a suite, it is a separate bedroom with access off a corridor.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom

Located upstairs. A charming bedroom with a door/window onto the balcony and it's own en-suite shower room. The beds can either be singles or a king size.

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds

Located upstairs and part of the other suite - Bedroom 4 can either be made up as singles or a king.
It shares it's shower/bath room with Bedroom 5, and is located next to the bathroom.

Bedroom 5: 2 bunk beds

Bedroom 5 is located upstairs opposite Bedroom4 as it's part of the upstairs suite, it has 2 x 2m bunks so suitable for older children or adults.
It shares it's bath/shower room with Bedroom 4.

3 bathrooms

Bathroom 1: toilet and shower

This shower room is situated between Bedrooms 1 & 2 on the ground floor.

Bathroom 2: toilet and shower

This shower room is the en-suite to Bedroom3 and can only be accessed through the bedroom which is upstairs.

Bathroom 3: toilet and bath with shower

This bath/shower room is situated upstairs, immediately next to Bedroom 4 and a couple of paces away from Bedroom 5 as part of the upstairs suite.

We can offer a washing / drying facility for children in the ski season or all guests in the summer, this is free the first time, then we charge there after, just to add, we don't do guest's washing the day before they go home - please contact us directly.

Please note the facilities we offer are for all our guests in the farmhouse, barn and suite.

Swimming Pool - this will be covered so weather permitting it will be open from about March to October. The cover is glass sliding so should lengthen our season, but this is not guaranteed as it is sun dependent. Located at the rear of the farmhouse and to the side of the barn's entrance. It is a decked area with sun loungers for all and a covered area with tables for the farmhouse apartments. Bilberry has a separate decked area for alfresco eating.

Courtyard - Table tennis, BBQ, Lounge seating, in the covered area is the heated boot & ski room.
