Chalet Bravo, little brother to Chalet Brio, was completed at the end of 2014. In an ideal situation to access the three main telecabines at Morillon, Samoëns and Vercland, all just a few minutes away, it fits snugly beside Chalet Brio in the hamlet of L'Etelley.
Small from the outside, but surprisingly spacious inside with a contemporary edge, we have put a lot of thought into making it cosy and comfortable, with underfloor heating, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wonderful open plan living area upstairs with floor to ceiling windows either end giving stunning views across the whole valley. You have the same great views from the outdoor hot tub too. It's perfect for families, a group of friends or to spread out and take it for two. There's pretty much all you need here to relax and enjoy your time in the mountains.
Outside there is covered parking for two cars and the hot tub.
Inside on the ground floor level the hallway and cloakroom lead into:
Bedroom one, with an ensuite walk in shower, twin or large double bed, and floor to ceiling windows leading out onto a small private terrace, again those same lovely mountain views,
Bedroom two, a double with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and views across the Samoëns valley,
Bedroom three, on the lower ground level with the same views as bedroom two, is another twin with an en suite bath and shower and next door, the smallest bedroom with bunk beds, this one is probably best for children. The laundry room is down here too.
Finally, upstairs opens up into a spacious live, cook and eat area with a large outside balcony, somewhere to enjoy the fabulous views,
a glass of wine and plan the next day.
