As you walk in, you can see how wonderfully ski-in, ski-out the chalet really is - you can literally ski to and from the front door, with the nearest piste being mere yards away. At the same time, you get to see the wonderful hot tub on the balcony, our cosy heated boot-warmers, and as you step in to the lounge it’s difficult not to be slightly awed by the fantastic views of Europe’s largest mountain, Mont Blanc, plain for all to see in the huge windows off the lounge and the dining room.
Plus everything else you'd expect form a top-end chalet holiday - free wifi, games console, roaring log-fire and plenty of comfy sofas. So much in fact, that you may find yourself wanting to stay in rather than go out skiing!

Situated in the village of Les Coches in La Plagne, the chalet is only a single lift away from the Vanoise Express, the impressive cable car joining La Plagne with Les Arcs, making Chalet Pisteside is perfectly situated to take full of advantage of the 425kms+ pistes that make up the “Paradiski”.
CATERED
During the winter ski season, the chalet is managed by Alpine365, a tour operator in its 16th year. We are the only company in Montchavin La-Plagne to only employ professional chefs with restaurant experience, and over the last 16 years, we have had the pleasure of employing chefs who have worked with Michelin starred chefs like Raymond Blanc; appeared on Masterchef the Professionals, and others that worked in fine dining establishments across the world. We provide restaurant quality, gourmet dining at affordable prices - and quantities to satisfy hungry skiers and snowboarders.
Chalet Pisteside comes with a professional chef & host, who look after the guests with breakfast, afternoon tea and 4-course dinners, with complimentary wine at dinner. Alpine365 organises transfers from airports or train stations, ski lessons, lift passes and ski hire.
ACCESS TO SKIING
When there's good snow cover, you can ski to and from the chalet front door! You can see the piste and chairlift from the chalet, so it's very easy to get in and out. For beginners who can't yet ski, we offer a courtesy lift in our minibus to the lift or ski school (a 3 minute journey). Coming back is easy as you can ski from the beginner's area, or if you prefer, our driver can pick you up again in the afternoon (or from the pub if you feel like a bit of apres!)

We are an independent, family-run business and we make sure we go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a great holiday.
Before you arrive, we will have been in touch with you to organise and pre-book all your ski holiday extras such as airport transfers; lift passes, ski school and ski hire, as well as childcare and checking on any dietary requirements or allergies you may have.
