The Steinadler apartments are a set of recently built self-catering apartments, located just 50m from the ski lift, that offer the perfect location to base a winter holiday from. Built in a contemporary alpine style, they offer a cosy, secluded home during your stay in Obertauern – close enough to all the town amenities to make life easy, but far enough from the centre to be quiet and restful.

Entrance Hall:
Generous entrance space for keeping winter clothing and footwear – with enough space to store suitcases as needed.
Lounge:
Open-plan lounge with huge sofa for lounging on after a hard day on the slopes. Includes TV, DVD player, stereo and cable TV. Lounge also includes a dining area with large table with bench seating that will comfortably seat six.
Large French doors give access to the apartment’s large balcony, which offers amazing views of the valley, with a double aspect.
Kitchen:
The galley kitchen comes fully equipped with a cooker, hob, dishwasher, sink and all utensils to cook and serve a range of meals.
Master Bedroom:
Large double bed, wardrobe, TV and large en-suite bathroom with bath/shower
Second Bedroom:
Features two full-size single beds with one additional bed that can be un-stowed to either link to one of the single beds to create a double bed, or act as a third single bed.
Bathroom:
Toilet, shower and washing machine plus area for drying clothes.
Access to the apartment:
The Steinadler is actually split into three buildings – following the slope of the mountain. Our apartment is in the lower section, part of a small group of apartments that have their own entranceway. This makes them feel very secluded – but easy to get in and out of. Even better, the doorway to the car park is directly next to the block entrance, so loading and unloading cars is easy.
The Steinadler:
One of the reasons we bougth the apartment was because of the warm and friendly atmosphere that the managing company present. It’s a family run company that own some of the apartments, so they are very keen to present it at its very best – keeping standards high and offering a very good service.
The apartment features ski rooms on several floors (please note, Skis and Boots are NOT allowed in the apartment). There is a bar area with comfortable seating that serves snacks and will provide breakfast baskets on request. There is also a small sauna area to ease aching muscles.
