villa TIROL features a free WiFi. With location just 5 min walk from the main Gondola Station and 10 meters nursery slopes of Iglika and Rotata ski runs perfect for start of the ski holiday – away from the hustle of the resort in the pine forest . The Villa provides guests with a a living area with sofa bed comfortably accommodates 2 people , a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a grill toaster , dishwasher ,juice maker, coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils for 12 people . Three master bedrooms with double bed accommodate up till 2 people each , another two bedrooms with two single beds. That makes total of 12 people plus the additional extendable sofa bed .Two bathrooms with shower cabin and free toiletries . A fridge and kettle are also available.
Cotton bedding and towels are provided. Cleaning schedule:
Emptying the bins and supply of toilet paper every other day.
For reservations 4-7 nights you will receive fresh towels in the middle of your stay.
For reservations 7-10 nights you will receive fresh towels two times and bed linen once.
Note there is damage deposit to be paid up on arrival 350 euro!
Both a ski equipment rental service and a car rental service are available at the hosts office, while skiing can be enjoyed nearby. The nearest airport is Sofia, 74 km from Ski Chalet Borovets , and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
You can park free of charge in front on the villa, just collect ticket with booking information (check in, check out date, name of villa )from our office or write it down yourself and leave it on the front window of your car.
