Situated on the 8th floor of the residence, it offers a south-west facing balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The building features ski and shoe lockers, and a reception desk is available at the Le Schuss residence opposite. The area is peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests.
The apartment accommodates up to 5 people with the following sleeping arrangements: in the living room, there's a convertible sofa bed (140 cm), while the mezzanine has a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds side by side, plus an extra bed for a child. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a television and wifi, and bed linen and towels are included for stays of 4 nights or more. For summer months (July-August), linen is not provided, but a complete kit (bed linen and towels) can be rented for €22 per person.
Please note that the residence and apartment are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. A tourist tax of 5.5% of the nightly price per adult applies, with a maximum charge of €4.73 per night. Optional services such as 2-room cleaning for €65 and pets for €30 can be booked in advance. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed unless an electric charging station is provided in the accommodation.
