I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 28 square meter studio with BALCONY, which is located in the heart of the city. on the 3rd floor with ELEVATOR and located in the heart of the famous ski and hiking resort of Serre-Chevalier!
Able to accommodate up to 3 people, you will have an excellent stay in a warm place, ideally located, at the foot of the ski lifts and close to all amenities!

My studio is charming and well equipped. !
Able to accommodate 3 people, it is composed of: from a space to living with a sleeping area with a single bed and a double bed, and a lounge area including a television and a dining area; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is oriented towards the towards the South.
During your stay, you will have to at your disposal: Parking, Machine at your disposal: Coffee, Microwave, Oven, Kettle, Toaster.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
You will also have a balcony which offers a magnificent VIEW of the MOUNTAIN as well as the ski and hiking trails!
A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
My accommodation is located &àgrave; proximity from several ski rental shops such as the "SPORT 2000 SPORT'S MOUNTAIN" (2 minutes on foot) and the "SPORTRENT Serre Chevalier 1400" (4 minutes).
It is also at the foot of the slopes and cable cars (the Casse du Bœuf, the Clôt du Lièvre): it is even possible to reach the accommodation by ski! Various bars, restaurants and shops can be found nearby.
The Tourist Office is located at; only 4 minutes away foot of the accommodation!
For your daily shopping, you will find the Carrefour Montagne nearby. 4 minutes by car.
You can enjoy the mountains and the snow by cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or even sledding. Also take advantage of the summer activities! The resort is appreciated by hikers and everyone for its numerous sporting and outdoor activities.
The famous water sports center "Les Grands Bains de Monêtier" is located nearby. less than 10 minutes by car.

The town is located in the heart of the Guisane valley, close to the Ecrins National Park, in the Serre-Chevalier ski area. You will discover a marvelous landscape during your skiing or hiking sessions, as well as a rich heritage, notably its Saint Marcellin church directly next door. the Salle Les Alpes.
