Caribou 1 is a spacious and traditional duplex chalet apartment with 3 bedrooms and bags of character, in arguably the most central location in Morzine.
The ground floor of the apartment comprises the living and dining area, kitchen, separate WC and double aspect balcony offering views towards both the Pleney slope and the main square. The first floor is home to three twin bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room) and a large recently refurbished family bathroom with walk-in shower. Overlooking the main living area there is a double sofa bed on a mezzanine which can be used to take the maximum occupancy up to 8 guests for an additional supplement. The large dining area balcony offers fantastic views of the Pleney slopes – a perfect vantage point for the weekly torchlight descent!
The apartment has no ski storage, but equipment can be hired and stored in the Caribou Sport ski shop directly below.
It’s impossible to get more central than this! Caribou is just 150m from the Pleney lift in the centre of Morzine, so perfectly located for your ski holiday! The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the Tourist Office square, with shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. We recommend hiring your equipment from Caribou Sport, conveniently located just next door to the chalet. Please note that Caribou apartments do not have boot rooms. Equipment rented from Caribou Sport (and guests’ own equipment) can be stored in our dedicated area in the shop. No equipment is to be stored in the apartments.
There is one off-road parking space allocated to Caribou 1.

Our half-board catering comprises:
- Breakfast; 5 days continental breakfast with hot option; 2 days self-service continental
- Daily afternoon tea; including homemade cake or biscuits, fresh baguette and hot drinks
- 3-course evening meal on 6 evenings*
- House wine; bottled red and white wine, during dinner
- Children’s high tea; two courses (if required)
* All 7 night holidays will include one full day and one additional morning where the chalet host is not on shift. Self-service continental breakfast and afternoon tea are provided on these days; evening meal is not included on the chalet hosts full day off. Please note any short breaks of 3 or 4 nights will still include a full day off for the chalet host.
Optional extras:
- Midweek towel change: add a midweek towel change to your booking for €15 per person.
- Beer or Premium Wine: You can pre-order cases of various beers or a selection of premium red and white wine, along with rosé, Prosecco and Champagne to enjoy along with the wine provided as part of your holiday.
