Chalet Blaklion is a former guesthouse in well-known Scheffau, which is part of the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area. This area is one of the largest ski areas in Austria and boasts nearly 300 kilometres of slopes. Both advanced and novice skiers can enjoy the area perfectly well here. The chalet has an ideal location being just 250m from the slopes and the Brandstadlbahn gondola which takes you up to 1,650 metres in no time, from where you can continue into the area via blue, red or black runs. At the end of the day you have a choice of numerous welcoming ski huts along the valley slopes of Scheffau and also at the base of the gondola after a long day on the slopes where you can enjoy some excellent apres-ski bars, with the centre of lively Scheffau being about 600m away!
Chalet Blaklion is well equipped to accommodate large groups, with its large kitchen, a fine dining area and as many as 16 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. In addition, the chalet has 10 parking spaces and complimentary wi-fi internet. Normally offered on a B and B or on a catered half board basis its also bookable self catered if you prefer.
The chalet is spread over three floors.
On the first floor is the fine living room with several dining areas (ample space for 26 people) and satellite TV. there is a spacious kitchen with hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator. freezer, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher.

In the basement of the chalet is a ski storage room.
Although the chalet has more beds, the maximum occupancy is 26 people.
