Being on the cliff front, the chalet offers huge windows and a balcony with unobstructed mountain views, and more privacy than most areas in Avoriaz. Close to everything, and fully ski in / ski out!
CHALET LAYOUT
3-bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom chalet across 2 floors plus a mezzanine. Entering from the ground floor directly from Rue du Douchka, which takes you directly to Avoriaz village centre, and the ski lifts.
Drop off your skis in the private indoor secured porch, and hang your boots on the boot heaters, ensuring dry and toasty feet every day.
Enter through to the main living area with panoramic mountain views. A fully stocked kitchen and large dining table at one end, and cozy sofas, and a discretely wall mounted 60inch Smart TV at the other end. Perfect for chilling after skiing, or leaving the kids for a movie night and exploring Avoriaz’s best restaurants and bars just a short stroll from the front door. Near the entrance is a modern stylish bathroom equipped with a power shower, and toilet.
One floor up, is a mezzanine bedroom for two people, two beds which can be pushed together or kept separate as required.
Heading downstairs from the ground floor, you are brought to a communal space with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use. Two additional bedrooms, one ensuite double bedroom, and one bunkroom, both enjoy spectacular mountain views. In addition there is a separate toilet, and bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Perfect for soaking and rejuvenating those ski legs.

Private fibre optic Wi-Fi. SMART 65” TV offers full streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV. Laptop friendly workspace allow you to carry on working as if you were at home.
BEDROOMS
3 bedrooms, comprising 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. Beds have thick comfortable pocket sprung mattresses, Hungarian goose-down duvets and pillows and superfine Egyptian cotton bedding. Additional double sofa bed in the living room opens up rapidly and fully made. Super-thick curtains incorporate black-out lining so you won’t be disturbed by early morning sun.
BATHROOMS & TOILETRIES
With 3 bathrooms, each bedroom can take their pick. 1 jacuzzi bath, 2 showers, & 3 toilets. Complimentary toiletries provided in all bathrooms along with bath robes, slippers and fluffy towels.

Fully equipped laundry area comprising BOSCH washing machine and separate BOSCH condensing tumble dryer, so you can even wash your socks!

SKI PASSES
We offer a special discount on Avoriaz and Portes du Soliel ski passes for our guests. What’s more, we will collect the passes for you and deliver them to your door, allowing you to spend more time enjoying and less time organising.

We are family friendly. Children of all ages welcome. Baby cots, high chairs, changing mats available + selection of toys and games and family board games available on request.
