In summer, the region offers beautiful cycling and hiking trails through the characteristic nature. The Aquarena swimming pool is not far away and a visit to the Montafoner Bergbahn is definitely worth it.
The municipality of St. Gallenkirch - Gortipohl in Vorarlberg is considered a hub between Silvretta and Verwall, the Grasjoch Bahn connects the Hochjoch and the Silvretta to form one of the largest ski resorts in Austria with 140 kilometers of slopes and 36 lifts/trains. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to a total of 5 ski areas in Montafon.
