We are delighted to introduce Chalet L’Escapade, a very stylish, recently built self-catered chalet which sleeps 8 guests. There is also a 3rd bed and Tv snug under the eaves in one of the bedrooms so the chalet can sleep 9 guests if 3 are sharing. L’Escapade is located in a quiet area of Morzine with lovely mountain views and has a bus stop at the chalet and is 3 stops to the Super Morzine lift. By foot it would be an easy 10-minute walk along the flat. The nearest bars and supermarket are only a 4-minute walk from the chalet.

Chalet L’Escapade has 4 spacious bedrooms (2 of which are ensuite) and a large, bright open plan kitchen/dining and living room. The living area is located on the first floor and comfortably seats everyone with the sofas centered around the log burner and a SmartView TV. The kitchen is modern and spacious with a breakfast bar for relaxed entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher & large larder fridge freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need.
Outside there is a large, south-east facing balcony, with relaxed seating to enjoy the sunshine or have a BBQ in summer. A few steps down you can relax in the hot tub and enjoy the views. To the front there is an additional balcony with comfy armchairs to relax and enjoy the views of Nantaux and the Morzine valley.
There is a spacious garage with heated boot warmers and plenty of room for skis or bikes. On the ground floor in the boiler room is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is one private parking space outside of the Chalet and the garage would also take one car.
