This modern and very comfortable high end apartment has been furnished to a high standard. Smart TV’s with Freesat and Netflix in the bedrooms and living room are a great finishing touch from the owners. Situated on the first floor it has a spacious and light open plan living and dining area. Patio doors lead out from the kitchen onto a large wrap around terrace, equipped with an outdoor sofa and coffee table so you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat outside. The kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with patio doors opening onto the balcony and both can be set up with 2 single beds or with a king size bed. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and then there is a separate shower room for the other bedroom. Both shower rooms have large Italian showers. On the ground level there is a designated ski locker with heated boot warmers. For those with larger storage needs there is a store room on level -1. It also has a car parking space in the secure underground car park.
