Entering the property from the ground floor, you have one (en-suite) bedroom, plus an entrance into the garage area. There is also a laundry room equipped with both washing machine and tumble drier, plus the technical room and there is plenty of space in the entrance for coats and outdoor shoes etc.
The carpeted staircase leads you up to the first floor which houses the remaining 3 bedrooms (2 Double rooms and 1 family room – all ensuite), plus the communal WC. One of these bedrooms has a balcony that enjoys the south-facing views of the village.
The chalet also boasts a terrace with mountain views, the perfect place for a beer / vino after a hard day on the slopes. There is free parking directly outside the chalet.
The Chalet is set in the beautiful village of La Combe in the Belleville Valley. The chalet is an 8 minute drive to St Martin de Belleville in the heart of the 3 Valleys ski area.
