Chalet Cleo is a quite superb 5 bedroom duplex apartment over 2 floors offering 120m2 of space and is ideally located in the Hameau de Clotaire residence on Route du Signal offering a ski in ski out option as well as easy access to the shops, bars, restaurants, leisure centre and ice rink. This duplex apartment, perched at the top of the residence, gives you the impression of being in an independent chalet and is perfectly suited for two families of 4/5, 4 couples or up to 8 adult friends on an adult vacation.
On the first floor, you will find the spacious and very comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace, a high ceiling and a large balcony which surrounds the apartment, with a view over the Grandes Rousses (magnificent in the evening) and the Signal area, being at the foot of the Signal run allowing you to ski directly back to the chalet. The kitchen and dining area are open plan to the living area with the kitchen being well equipped with an oven, microwave, 4 induction burners, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and Raclette machines. A first master bedroom with bathroom is also on this first level as well as the second bedroom with bunk beds.
The second floor brings together the 3 other double bedrooms with bedroom 3 having an ensuite bathroom (WC on the upstairs landing) and a further 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and WC directly opposite, plus a shower room.The beds are 160 x 200 with some storage space for each. You will find a dressing area and a separate WC on the arrival landing upstairs.
Access to the residence swimming pool is free and it is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the winter. You will also find a games room for the little ones (2 to 6 years old under parental supervision) as well as a sauna and hammam. The ski locker is in a comfortable heated ski room with ski boot warmers, with direct access to the piste and the Alpe Express lift.
