Chalet A1 is a fabulous chalet nicely located on Route des Udrezants in the direction of the telepherique of Avoriaz and close to the centre of Morzine, a 10 minute or 1km walk away. If you prefer not to walk the chalet is 200 metres from the bus stop for the free and frequent shuttles between Prodain and Morzine. The chalet is a beautiful property with an abundance of character and a unique historic feel, being situated in one of the oldest and original hamlets of Morzine and has the advantage of being on the route to the Prodain telepherique whilst still within walking distance into the town.The 5 bedroom chalet sleep up to 15 people with plenty of space to accommodate everyone in the roomy living room and large open plan kitchen and dining room, with complimentary WiFi throughout. After skiing for relaxation, the chalet boasts an outdoor jacuzzi and an indoor sauna with the chalet being offered on a catered, semi catered or self catered basis to suit.
You can add extra services to your booking like, private chefs, housekeeping, lift passes, airport transfers and more. We want you to be as organised as possible taking the H out of hassle, so your ski passes will be ready for you and your skis and ski boots can be fitted in your boot room or right by the ski lift if preferred with our recommended ski shop.Services included are a meet and greet at the chalet to show you how everything works. Bed linen and towels are included with a mid stay cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the end of stay clean all included as well.
Make full use of the comfortable living room whilst enjoying the log burning fire, playing a board game or watching TV. The hallway links to the spacious dining area which has everything you need to accommodate a large group meal. With the open plan kitchen your group can socialise and prepare meals in the professional style kitchen, or you can let our own chef do it for you. The chalet has a private boot room with boot dryers and a ski rack. There is a private driveway and a closed garage, 2 to 3 cars can be parked there depending on the size of the vehicle.
The bedrooms are accessed by two separate staircases which lead to the two wings of the chalet. Each room has it’s own personal character and a traditional feel with wooden beams and hand made furniture. There is access to the balconies in each bedroom which give beautiful rooftop views over the surroundings.

Bedroom 4 (sleeps 3) Can be super king or twin beds (including another single in a separate alcove), bathroom, separate toilet, balcony
Bedroom 5 (sleeps 4) This a duplex family room, a king or twin beds, two further singles beds with a bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony
