Chalet Racca is a beautifully presented 3-bedroom alpine ski chalet with a sunny garden close to the Grands Montets ski lift. Impeccably furnished and very well maintained, the chalet is built over three floors and contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The chalet benefits from two parking spaces in a closed private underground garage from where the property is entered. There is a dedicated ski locker and a boot dryer in the garage for skiers in winter.
On entering the chalet, you pass first through a corridor where there is storage for boots and coats before reaching the staircase that takes you up into the main living area. This lower floor also contains a utility room with clothes washing and drying facilities.
The main living area is open plan and spacious with a table for up to eight guests and comfortable sofas and chairs around a table and TV. Mont Blanc dominates your view and the summit is clearly visible from the lounge and master bedroom. Sliding French windows open out on to the wooden decking and front garden. The garden faces south, is sunny all year round and has uninterrupted views up on to Mont Blanc.
Off the main living area is a large, modern, high-spec and very well-equipped kitchen with lots of room for you or a chef to create meals in. The dining table is just next to the kitchen making serving and clearing up after meals easy.
This middle floor also contains a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bedroom can be either a double or two single beds.
The upper floor contains two bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The master bedroom is at the front of the chalet and has a glass walled balcony to take advantage of the stunning views over Mont Blanc. The master bedroom contains a large TV screen and a double bed.
The third bedroom is a ‘family room’ with either a double and two single beds, or the double can be separated to be four single beds.
LINEN, TOWELS AND CLEANING
Please note. The cost of your reservation includes one set of linen and towels for each person and cleaning when you leave. If you are staying longer than a week you may want to consider booking a change of linen and towels and even some mid-stay cleaning. This is all available and can be discussed and booked once you have finalised your reservation.
