The huge living space is the perfect area for spending time together; whether it is around the dining table or luxuriating in the lounge, a dual-aspect stone fireplace can be enjoyed from both sides. You’ll also be able to enjoy the uninterrupted mountain views from the large bay windows and twin balconies.
There is an attractive small bar area with a wine fridge, ideal for serving up those well-deserved evening drinks, and a study area for those who might need to dabble in a bit of work whilst away.

LOCATION
The Nant Giraud residence is located at the entrance to St Martin from the main road, so access to the garage is from this road. When walking to the lifts on foot, access from behind the building means a 5-minute walk to the drag-lift and village centre.
There is also a free shuttle bus stop nearby, in case walking is not an option.
But this is a fantastic location for those looking to be within walking-distance to the village centre and drag-lift, yet in a quiet, peaceful location.
