This fantastic 5/6 bedroom chalet is in a dream location in Zell am See with the "CityXpress" ski lift about 200 m, away which takes you up to the Schmittenhöhe to ski around the Zell am See area or over to Saalbach. You are just steps from everything, including all the bars and restaurants when you stay here, so no shuttles needed unless you want to ski on the glacier at Kaprun. Ski school, ski hire shops, boutiques are all on your doorstep with the chalet offered either on a self catered or catered half board basis to suit.
The chalet has been decorated and furnished high standard and with attention to detail. In addition, in the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine, a general wellness and relaxation room with loungers, a private sauna and shower. You can store your skis and mountain bikes in the spacious storage room, where there is also a ski boot dryer. If driving here you have 2 parking spaces in the carport, a garage and 2 more outdoor parking spaces.
The Chalet consists of 2 connecting apartments in the one chalet building, which are divided as follows:
Ground floor:

- Living area with sofa bed, dining area, exit to the terrace, TV

On the top floor there is the spacious and open style living area with modern kitchen and balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the mountains and ski slopes!
For relaxation, a further private sauna and shower are at your disposal.
A guest toilet and a separate TV room with sofa are also located on this floor, thus giving you 3 living areas (or using the ground floor level living area as another bedroom with a double sofa bed)..
