Chalet Guye is a stunning 260m2, 7 bedroom chalet, spread over 3 floors, well located on Chemin des Combes in Morzine. It is the perfect chalet for family or friends holidaying in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to all the amenities. The chalet benefits from a stunning view of the valley and Morzine ad Montrind resorts and is 1km from the centre and Super Morzine lift, thus being around a 10 minute walk or less than a 5 min drive. The free ski bus also stops just 150 metres away, though we can also add a private transfer if required. The closest shops and restaurants are 500m away, with the chalet offered on a self catered or catered half board basis, with a great chef, to suit. If driving here there is parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The chalet can accommodate up to 16 people and meet everyone's expectations with its spacious 6 bedrooms and superb facilities which includes an atmospheric wood burning fireplace, a private hot tub, a sauna and a terrace with breathtaking views. As you enter the chalet you have an entrance hall with a ski and boot room with a ski boot dryer, terrace with view, leading into the large but cosy living space with an open and well equipped kitchen, lounge area with fireplace, TV and games console, bar and dining area, with a separate WC. The lower floor hosts bedroom 1 and 2 with the entrance, ski and boot room, laundry room, sauna and jacuzzi on the terrace
The main floor offers the open plan kitchen, dining area and living area, balcony and terrace together with bedroom 3.
The upper floor has the remaining 4 bedrooms.
This spacious bedroom , 11m2, has a modern design mountain with a large 160×200 cm bed (separable to twins) and an en-suite bathroom. From the window, you can enjoy a view of the surrounding nature. For your comfort, all bed and bath linen is provided and the beds will be made for you as requested upon your arrival.
This second en suite bedroom, 11m2, will be perfect for a couple, with its warm and welcoming decoration and a large 160×200 cm bed (separable to twins). The room also benefits from direct access to the outside jacuzzi area and has a panoramic view of Morzine and Montriond.
Bedroom 3 at 12m2, offers another large 160×200 cm bed (separable to twins), an en suite bathroom and above all direct access to a large balcony (communicating with bedroom 4) with a breathtaking view of the villages of Morzine and Montriond
In bedroom 4, at 16m2, we again have a large 160×200 cm bed (separable to twins) and an en suite bathroom. Outside you will find access to a large balcony (communicating with room 3) with a panoramic view of the surrounding communes of Morzine and Montriond.
Located on the first floor of the chalet, bedroom 5 at 12m2, will be a perfect hideaway during your stay in Morzine. Designed with a more traditional and rustic design while remaining very modern. The room is equipped with a large 160×200 cm bed (separable to twins) and an en-suite bathroom. You will also find a large balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air!
The sixth bedroom at 12m2, again located on the first floor of the chalet, welcomes you to another large 160×200 cm bed (separable to twins) and an en-suite bathroom. Outside, a large private balcony awaits you, overlooking the surrounding nature.
