Chalet Brioche is located in the Mussillon area of Méribel, a popular and pretty hamlet of traditional chalets which sits on the main route into the resort, just a little below the centre. The chalet is only a twelve minute stroll from the centre of Méribel. To get to the ski slopes, we'd recommend taking the free shuttle bus. There is a bus stop roughly 100 metres outside the chalet, from there it's just a couple of minutes at most to the base of the lifts. We also operate two other chalets in close proximity, Chalet Mariefleur in the building just next door and Chalet Marielaine shares the same building, which could make this a great option for a larger group of friends or family looking to stay close to one another.
Chalet Brioche is a beautiful chalet, which is elegantly furnished and finished with stunning carved wood features that really set this traditional Savoyard apart from the crowd and a really special home from home. There are four bedrooms in total, sleeping up to nine guests, plus some wonderful added features that will make Chalet Brioche an excellent choice for your family ski holiday.
Entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor, where you'll find the first two of the four comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Both rooms on this floor contain two single beds and each has an en-suite bathroom with wc. The remaining two bedrooms can be found on the second floor, both rooms have two single beds, its own balcony and an en-suite bathroom and wc. In the fourth room there are some steep steps which lead up to a mezzanine where you'll find another bed for one person. All of the bedrooms are elegantly furnished in line with the rest of the property, so you're certain to feel right at home.
The communal areas are all located on the first floor of the chalet. Sun worshippers will really enjoy the south-facing aspect of this chalet and its large terrace which soaks up the best of the afternoon and evening rays. On the terrace you'll find an outdoor hot tub and sauna, the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of something whilst enjoying picturesque views in the last of the light from the setting sun and easing your aching muscles after a tiring day on the ski slopes.
The living room features a beautiful log fireplace, which keeps the chalet lovely and warm on even the coldest of nights. The sofas are comfortable and inviting, so why not curl up by the fire and enjoy a game with friends or a good film on the large flat screen television. The living room and dining room are open plan, so you can still make the most of the heat from the fireplace whilst enjoying dinner around the dining table. The kitchen is separate, but just next door to the dining room and is semi-professional with stainless steel work surfaces and features and it comes fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and cafetière, so you'll have everything you need to whip up a feast for all the family (a washing machine is also at your disposition).
There is free WI-Fi throughout the chalet, perfect if you need to work whilst away, or stream your favourite film or TV shows whilst relaxing in front of the roaring fire and there is a bluetooth speaker available for playing your favourite tunes. If you drive to Méribel there is space for one car to park right outside the chalet.

Catered:
Our set menu with food and drink included in the catered price. An all-inclusive price, which includes rental of the chalet and your food and drink for the week. Included will be breakfast and afternoon tea for 7 days, a three-course dinner on 6 nights, plus unlimited wine and some beers. We have prepared a delicious menu for the week, with a mix of ready prepared meals from a local delicatessen and easy to cook dishes or sides. All that will be required from you is to pop a few things in the oven and throw together a few ingredients to make a simple salad or steam a few vegetables as sides to your main meal. There will be no staff in your chalet.
Self-catering:
The self-catering price excludes food & drinks. However, if you like you can avail of our free à la carte catering service. This is a food shopping & delivery service which allows you greater flexibility to eat and drink whatever you desire. The kitchen will be stocked before your arrival; a mid-week restock is available if needed. The cost of the food & drink depends on what produce you choose to order, and is paid by you, at cost price. Perhaps you want the freedom to choose your own menus, or perhaps you'd prefer to eat out more than one evening during the week, or you just love to cook yourself and enjoy the holidays where you have time to do this in a relaxed way. Four days before arrival, you will receive a comprehensive shopping list to choose from with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. That might be oven-ready meals, or the ingredients you'll need for Bolognaise, Soufflés or Cheese Fondues. Dry goods, dairy, fresh fruit and veg, fresh meat or fish, beers, wines, champagne, whatever you choose, are all bought for you and stocked in your chalet in advance of your arrival.
All orders will be made with Savoyard delicatessens and supermarkets. Located in the French Alps for the last 30 years, we have a well-developed network of local partners, so we can guarantee fresh, local, and of course tasty dishes.
