Caseblanche offers luxurious, newly built chalets and chalet apartments in the family friendly mountain village of Saint Martin de Belleville. The chalet park opened in December 2018 and is in a perfect location, right on a blue slope and just above the gondola lift Saint Martin, thus offering a ski-in & ski-out option. The top of the gondola has further lift connections to the slopes that take you to the ski resorts of Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Courchevel and Méribel.
The authentic village of St. Martin de Belleville has a pretty village centre with all the necessary amenities such as a supermarket, several shops and restaurants which can be found about 500 meters away. Skiing lessons start directly at the gondola, so in the morning you can ski down to here in just a few seconds!
In the park there are several facilities such as the renowned restaurant, Simple & Meilleur, where in the afternoons and evenings you can visit for some great food and cafe bar Bell'Savoie for fresh bread and various snacks. Next to the restaurant you have access to the piste and to the gondola lift.
This chalet apartment is spread over four floors and has the entrance on the ground floor and is bookable on a Sunday to Sunday basis.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious dining area, wood burning stove and well equipped open kitchen including a 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the dining area you have access to the spacious furnished balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi. There is a separate toilet in the entrance.
On the first floor is a lovely sitting area with satellite TV with a beautiful view of the impressive mountains.
In the basement (-1) there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and one with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a sauna on this floor.
In the basement (-2) there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, on this floor there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
