Chalet Viper is part of the larger chalets in a private chalet development, offering a luxury, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom recently built option (built in Dec 2018) in the family friendly and pretty mountain village of Saint Martin de Belleville. The chalet has a perfect location, directly on a blue slope and just above the Saint Martin gondola, 100m away, thus offering a true ski-in & ski-out option, with the gondola and a connecting chair lift it making it easy to reach Méribel, Courchevel, Les Menuires and Val Thorens. The chalet can sleep up to 12 people in beds and offers a private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi to welcome you back after skiing. The chalet is spacious and modern in design.
The authentic village of St. Martin de Belleville has a pretty village centre, with all essential facilities such as a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants, which can be found around 500 metres away. The starting point of any ski lessons is directly at the gondola, so maximum convenience is assured and also makes it so easy to ski back for lunch to meet up with anyone you have left behind or to check up on any children with you. In the chalet park there is an excellent restaurant "Simple & Meilleur", where you can have lunch and diner and the excellent cafe/bar Bell'Savoie for bread and various snacks. Next to the restaurant you have access to the slope to the gondola.
The chalet is spread over four floors and has the entrance on the ground floor.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious dining area and a well equipped open plan kitchen including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the dining area you have access to the spacious (approx. 17 m²) furnished balcony, where you will find your very own jacuzzi. From this bubbling jacuzzi you can enjoy a fantastic view of the impressive mountains whilst drinking a glass of something bubbly perhaps! On this level there is also a separate WC.
On the mezzanine level (approx. 16 sqm) there is a nice spacious and comfortable lounge area with satellite TV and a view of the dining room.
On the lower ground floor (-1) there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds in each. The third bedroom has two bunk beds (185 x 85 cm) for 4 and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a further bathroom with shower and toilet for the other 2 bedrooms to share.
On the lower basement level (-2) there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The fourth bathroom with bath and separate toilet is also on this floor. Here you will also find the sauna, as well as the laundry room with washer and dryer. The chalet is offered self catered or with a half board option.
