Chalet Millie is situated in Châtel, conveniently located only 350 metres from the Linga ski lift and the "Sensations" ski school. The Linga lift brings you directly into the Linga / Pré-la-Joux ski area, which is connected to the villages Avoriaz and Morzine. The centre of Châtel is 2.5 km from the chalet, with the free ski bus, leading to the centre, departing every 20 min from the bus stop, around 300m away.
In the Châtel you will find a number of shops, restaurants, a supermarket, ski schools, ski rental shops and a day care for children. After a long day on the slopes you can enjoy the lively après-ski, as well as the wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool. Châtel is highly regarded by winter sports enthusiasts as a great base to discover the huge Portes du Soleil area, but is also well-frequented by cross-country skiers and hikers, as the area offers plenty of possibilities in the region.
In this spacious 280m2 chalet, you can truly relax in your own private outside-Jacuzzi! There is also a wood burning stove, which add to the atmosphere of the chalet; complimentary Wi-Fi and a terrace facing south offering a stunning view over the surroundings! There is an indoor garage parking for two cars and outdoor parking for a further 3 cars available at the chalet.
There is a cosy, spacious living room, TV with DVD-player, wood burning stove and a large dining table. The kitchen comes well equipped with a hob, an American fridge/ freezer, microwave, oven, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette set, toaster, beer tap and a dishwasher. Moreover, there is a ski boot dryer, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a south facing balcony.
There are seven bedrooms in total with six bedrooms each two having single beds or doubles and one triple-person bedrooms with three single beds. There are six bathrooms (of which four are en-suite) with a shower each and toilet plus an extra toilet. The chalet is bookable only on a Saturday to Saturday basis either self catered or with an excellent half board catering option too suit.
