Chalet Kaiserbahn is a beautiful and luxurious chalet with a fantastic location in the pretty and traditional village of Ellmau. Only 50 metres away you will find the Hartkaiserbahn which will take you to the top of the Hartkaiser, from where you connect into the big Skiwelt ski area skiing over to Sell and Westendorf and possibly over to Kitzbuhel. Even non-skiers can take the gondola to the top and enjoy the sun on the terrace. After a day in all that snow, apres-ski enthusiasts can enjoy themselves opposite the ski lift where you'll find a couple of typically lively Austrian bars and the excellent Dutch bar "Fabels".
Only 50 metres away you will find the nearest restaurant, but in the centre, 900 metres away, (walk or catch the free shuttle) you will find a wide range of restaurants. You will also find several supermarkets and great bars. The chalet is offered either self catered or with an excellent half board catered service including wine, beer and soft drinks.
Chalet Layout : The chalet has three floors.
Ground floor:
Very comfortable living room with sitting area, satellite TV and DVD player. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, single bed and a sink, one with a double bed and bunk beds and one with a double bed. On this floor is a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet.
First floor:
Dining room with dining area and TV. Open plan well equipped kitchen with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. There are then two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bath, shower, sink and toilet and one with a shower, sink and toilet.
Basement:
Here we have two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, bunk bed and sink and one with a bunk bed and sink plus a bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is also a private sauna, terrace and parking. There is also a washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee.
