This quality chalet was built in 2017, within a snowball's throw of the slopes in the pretty village of Les Coches. This 170m2 chalet is equipped with every comfort and you can enjoy the luxury of a private sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. The Plan Bois chairlift is less than 100m from the chalet, ensuring this is a ski in ski out option. This ski lift gives you access to the 225 km of slopes of the beautiful and snow sure Paradiski-La Plagne ski area. Intermediate skiers can use the Vanoise Express to reach the Paradiski-Les Arcs ski area, where another 200 km of slopes can be found! You can ski back almost to the chalet, 25m away.
In the centre of Les Coches, which is situated at about 150 metre away, you will find all the necessary facilities. It has a small supermarket, bakery, butcher, ski shops and several restaurants and bars. Ski school can be found in the lower village of Montchavin which you can easily ski down to. A toboggan run and childcare facilities are about 100 metres away from the chalet. After skiing you can enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding mountains!. The chalet is also equipped with a wood burning stove in the living room. There are 4 free parking spaces available near the chalet, with the chalet spread over three floors.
On the top floor you will find the spacious living room with a seating area, wood burning stove, satellite TV, DVD-player, Hi-Fi system and the dining area/table for 12. The modern, open plan kitchen is well equipped with induction hotplates, a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette and fondue set, a hand mixer and a dishwasher. Furthermore the chalet has a sauna area with a shower, outdoor jacuzzi, ski storage with a ski boot dryer, underfloor heating, washing machine and tumble dryer, Wi-Fi and a balcony.
There are five bedrooms in total, of which two have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds and the remaining two bedrooms are triples, each with a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms have satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom, of which four have a shower and toilet and one bathroom has a bath and toilet.
