Alta 1 is a superb and well located, central, Morzine apartment for up to 6 guests. It has wonderful panoramic views of the village and mountains from every room and from the large terrace and is arguably the best 3 bedroom apartment in Morzine, being that it has the location, facilities and luxury finish normally only found in bigger properties.The apartment also has its own large private hot tub which also takes in the wonderful views and is "ski in" from the Pleney slopes. It has been designed with a contemporary feel and with high quality features such as luxury beds, a Quooker tap and a Lavazza coffee machine. The apartment is spacious throughout and has a clean, light and airy feel.
The large living area has a large well appointed kitchen and generous dining area. The lounge area has a TV with UK Freeview, French channels, a Blu-ray player and Bluetooth sound system. There is WIFI throughout the property and any catering can be added as required.
It is 5 minute walk into Morzine centre for the restaurants, shops and bars with the Pleney telecabine being a 10 minute walk away and the Super Morzine lift being an 8 minute walk, though a slope transfer can be added if you prefer not to walk....You can also normally ski back to the apartment In normal conditions and if you are an intermediate skier, from the “Piste B” blue run on the Pleney slope. The Pleney and Super Morzine lift are connected by "la Petite Train"which runs between the lifts.
The apartment has a slightly elevated position from its location on Route de la combe a zore, Morzine, France which gives a real feeling of peace and quiet whilst also being very near to town.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom, which can be arranged as a double or twins, is ensuite with a shower and has patio doors leading to a balcony and plenty of storage. There are 2 other generous king sized bedrooms (one of which can be arranged as twins) which also have storage and patio doors to balconies. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom, with a shower.
The apartment has a private ski room with ski rack and ski boot warmers. There is private parking for 2 cars outside the residence if driving here. A lift services the apartment which is on the first floor. Door frames are wide and the apartment is all on one level giving it good accessibility. This is the perfect place to relax in and having skied back to the residence you can lay back in the hot tub or watch a movie to rejuvenate for the next days adventure.
