The 4 bedrooms are all en-suite, there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a further bedroom on the first floor. All the beds can be made as a king bed or as singles and they are all full sized, making this the perfect apartment for a group of single friends or couples.
The master bedroom, bedroom 1, has a super king bed or twins. It has an en-suite shower room, generous storage and a patio door to the terrace.
The family bedroom is on the ground floor. It has an en-suite shower room, a superking size or twin beds, a patio door onto the private terrace and plenty of storage. Two full sized single beds sit above the bed allowing for this room to flex into a quad room. The bedroom has a large SMART TV with freeview channels, perfect for kids to watch a movie away from the adults in the living room.
Bedroom 3 has a king size or twin beds, en-suite shower room and storage. The 4th bedroom, situated on the first floor has a king sized or twin beds and a generous en-suite shower room.
A hot tub sits on the private terrace with views to the peaks of Nyon and Ressachaux. There is also outside dining on this terrace.
The apartment has underground private parking for 2 cars. Boot warmers and plenty of space to store skis are in this garage.
