Chez Amis sits overlooking the beautiful Giffre river valley in the hamlet of Les Miaux, 1km from the ski village of Morillon in the Haute Savoie (French Alps). Morillon is part of the Grand Massif, Europe’s third largest ski area, with 260km of ski slopes, accessed from the ski lift, 10-15 mins walk from Chez Amis. Being so close to Geneva means it is perfect for long weekends all year round. Morillon is conveniently located between Geneva (45 mins) and Chamonix (45 mins).
Chez Amis is a two-bedroom chalet, sleeping 4 to 6 persons. It sits on the ground floor of a three-storey traditional Savoie farmhouse renovated in 1990’s. It has recently been furnished to a high specification with local pine furniture including a dresser and artisan table. It is uncluttered with a touch of modern. There’s a double room, twin room plus double sofa bed if sleeping up to six. Beds can be made up before arrival. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower, sink & separate WC & sink.
Chez Amis is well positioned for a stunning view of the Le Crioux and the Dents Blanches mountain range, which can be enjoyed from the garden. You can hike for miles form our doorstep, or have a barbeque on the patio and relax on the lawn taking in the view with a local glass of vino.
