The large terrace that surrounds the property includes a private hot tub. The terrace leads straight onto the pastures of the Pleney mountain slopes. As the residence is set into the hill side, there is only one apartment above it and nothing below, so it feels very private.
Ski In
From here you are just 5 minutes’ walk from Morzine village. The Pleney telecabine is a 10 minute walk and the Super Morzine lift is an 8 minute walk. In normal conditions intermediate skiers can ski right back to the apartment.
Open Plan Living
There is a large open plan living area with a large central fire which guests can use. A very large and well equipped kitchen allows the cook or private chef to be social with the whole group. There is comfortable dining for everyone. A SMART TV with English channels allows everyone to be entertained and there is wifi throughout the property.
Bedrooms
The 2 master bedrooms have super king beds, ensuite shower rooms and private balconies. Bedroom 3 can be made up as a double or twin room and shares the house bathroom with the good sized triple bunk room as bedroom 4. All the 4 bedrooms have plenty of storage.
