JP IV is a luxury apartment close to the centre of Morzine and the Pleney Telecabine, with its own outdoor hot tub. It is a duplex apartment and sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 ensuite bedrooms. The residence is in a prime location just a 5 minute walk on a flat road to the Pleney Telecabine, with the shops and restaurants of Morzine on your doorstep.A perfect location for dropping off for ski lessons and kindergarten. There is also a button lift opposite the apartment which allows you to ski in ski out in of the chalet, in normal conditions. The Super Morzine lift is just a 5 minute walk away or you can get there via the free Petit Train from the Pleney Telecabine.
The open plan living area is on the upper floor with a balcony to the front of the residence, making the most of the beautiful mountain views beyond. A modern kitchen has everything you or your private chef would need. There is dining for up to 10 guests and comfy seating. The large windows let in light and reveal mountain views to the south and east. There is a south facing balcony off the living room with table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee.
The 4 bedrooms are en-suite, with 3 of the bedrooms on the ground floor and a further bedroom on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room, a king size or twin beds, a patio door onto the private garden and plenty of storage. Two full sized single beds sit above allowing for this room to flex into a quad room.The other two bedrooms on the lower floor have king size or twin beds, en-suite shower rooms and full height doors onto the garden or balcony. The 4th bedroom, situated on the first floor has a double or twin beds and a generous ensuite shower room.
The chalet has a has a great media set up with the lounge and all 4 bedrooms having a SMART TV with an APPLE TV box, meaning that everyone has access to over 500 movies and box sets. Plus you can stream from the internet from Netflix or other streaming site, with the apartment having Wifi throughout.
The private terrace has a hot tub for 6-7 guests and outside dining for all. The balcony off the living area also has outdoor seating. There is a private underground garage which also has a ski and boot room area with ski boot warmers. Bed linen and towels plus end of stay cleaning as well as the WiFi are all included.
