Located at the heart of the village of Saint Martin, go directly to the slopes from the ski lift which is 50 metres from the chalet which was completely renovated in 2024.

The open plan kitchen offers the most modern equipment: large induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator, dishwasher and wine cellar.
Master bedroom 1 is en suite with double bed (160 * 200), dressing room, and its private balcony with mountain views. Adjoining is the private bathroom with bath, Italian shower with double sink, separate toilet and large dressing room.
Bedroom 2 is en suite with double bed (160*200), cupboards, large bathroom with Italian shower and sink. Access to its private terrace. There are separate toilets between the two bedrooms.
