To take advantage of its elevated position, there is a commanding balcony and then the huge roof terrace. To help you carry less with you perhaps, there is a washing machine and dryer and if driving here there is an allotted parking space. There is also a ski storage room, communal sauna and steam room. All in all a great option with easy access to the centre of Zell am See and ski lift, 500m away but with a steepish walk back over the last 200m.
