Large timber trusses in the main living room and a moss rock gas fireplace allow for memorable gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow for catering in keeping with the size and decor of the home. Two dining room tables mean that seating 16 is comfortable. Stream your favourite tunes to any of the 8 separate zones in the house and just to keep everyone happy, the Sonos system allows your group to play different music in each zone.

Access to town and the ski area is very easy. Being only 500m from the base of Peak 8 and you can catch the free shuttle bus from approx 100m from the house. Walking to Main St Breckenridge is a leisurely mile (just over)walk down Ski Hill Road. You may wish to consider getting the bus home as its a steep uphill walk back! Whilst the ski resort is open during the ski season or during the summer when the Peak 8 fun park is open, the gondola also offers a lovely way to get to and from town.
