You'll find this very luxurious apartment with a unique view over the beautiful lake, close to the centre of Zell am See, which starts about 350m away, with the City Xpress ski lift just 550m away and reached via a relatively flat walk or the free shuttle which stops outside. The apartment is also just over the road from the 4 star Seevilla Frieberg Hotel, which hosts the closest bar and restaurant and is also directly on the lakeside. The restaurant is where we normally offer a half board option.The spacious, quality apartment, with quality fixtures and fittings, features 3 bedrooms, being a twin bedded room and 2 large double bedrooms with 2 luxurious full bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower.
On entering, you will enjoy open plan and the spacious designer living room, furnished in a tasteful and high-quality way, so that you'll feel right at home, with its 65" satellite TV. You'll also have a large dining table at your disposal, where all of you can eat together. The open-plan modern top range kitchen is very well equipped with a huge fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher etc. From the living room you have access to the balconies in the front and back with some outstanding views.
There's a great Wellness area in the basement for shared use in the complex, where you can relax after an active day in the mountains in the sauna and infra red facility. There's also room to store your bicycle, mountain bike or skis, with ski boot dryers. There's also one parking space for your car, if driving here
Zell am See has a vibrant town centre and is a renowned winter sport destinations in the Salzburgerland region with Saalbach and Kaprun on the ski pass as well as Kitzbuhel on the extended pass. Because the ski pass is also valid in Kaprun with its famous glacier, you can always enjoy a ski holiday with guaranteed snow, in one of the highest skiing areas in Europe.
During the summer, Zell am See is the most ideal location to spend your holiday, thanks to its beautiful lake and central location in the Salzburgerland. The lake provides a great cooling down option, there are plenty of restaurants in the centre and you can easily reach the famous Großglockner, Europe's highest waterfalls, the Ice caves at Werfen or the great city of Salzburg.
