Welcome to my website for apartment 59 in Predela 2 Bansko. A spacious apartment, in a luxurious complex only three minutes from the slopes, available for as little as £100 per person per week. The Apartment is newly built (2009) and furnished ready for visitors. It is a special place in which to relax after a busy, exciting day's skiing.
Although famous as Eastern Europe’s number one centre for snowsports, Bansko is also a lovely place to visit in the summer. Although officially ‘closed season’, the scenery remains incredible, the Pirin mountains are breath-taking, an Unesco heritage site for wildlife, and Bansko town itself, a real treasure - an historic masterpiece. The apartment is close to the centre of activity but far enough removed to allow privacy and quiet should it be required. A wonderful retreat that will give you a relaxing leisurely break or an invigorating, adrenalin rushed holiday or short break.
Occupancy...
The apartment has two double bedrooms, and a convertible sofa bed in the lounge (sleeps two) giving sleeping space for up to six.
I would love to meet all of my guests personally – but this is obviously not possible. However, there will always be someone from my management company, in Predela 2 to welcome you. Whatever time of the night or day you arrive, there will be a warm welcome for you and your fellow travellers.
The apartment is tastefully decorated in order to make any stay a memorable one.
The complex was completed in the Autumn of 2009 and my apartment was furnished during November and December. The first visitors visited at the start of 2010.
There are two large bedrooms. Bedroom one being en-suite, with its own shower, toilet and basin. It has a King size bed with fully colour co-ordinated bed linen, blinds and curtains.
The second bedroom is designed in a funky, contemporary ‘red’ theme. There are two single beds, which can be used as a double bed, dependent on the group in occupancy.
There is suitable bedding (again fully colour co-ordinated with other fittings and furnishings) to accommodate either arrangement.
The lounge/diner is carefully designed to maximise the space. The lounge area having a large corner sofa (converts to a double bed), flat screen television (cable tv including Sky Sports 1,2,3, news) wall mounted, and coffee table. There is wi-fi connection in the whole of the building.
The kitchen area has all of the equipment likely to be needed by guests for breakfasts and light meals, including, fridge, hob, cooker, microwave, toaster etc. Obviously the area is equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses etc.
Shower room – in addition to the ensuite in bedroom one, there is a second room with toilet, shower and basin for other guests.
Ski Locker
The apartment has its own lockable ski locker in the basement of the building to store skis, boards and boots to save you having to take them upstairs.
