The apartment can sleep up to 9 people and is conveniently located in the centre of Morzine village so everything is an easy walk away with the Super Morzine Telecabine – 180m / 2 minutes walk and the Pleney Telecabine – 400m / 5 minutes walk. If you have young children or dislike walking too far in ski boots then you could use the free Petit Train which goes from almost outside the residence and drops you at the Pleney Telecabine. The nearest supermarkets are the Spar 150m / 2 minutes walk and Casino supermarket, 400m away.The closest restaurant is 170m / 2 minutes walk away with the Tourist Office – 260m / 3 minutes walk away.
To access Avoriaz directly without using the Super Morzine telecabine, the free ski bus stops right outside the residence.The apartment has an elevated, south facing position at the rear of the residence which gives the apartment wrap around views from the peaks of Ressachaux and Nyon, to the Pleney telecabine and the ‘Stade’ piste.
Pleney Penthouse is split over 2 levels with the open plan living, dining and kitchen room on the upper floor. The decor is modern and stylish with floor to ceiling windows which make the most of its fantastic position. The wood burning fireplace adds to the cosy loft ambience.
The open plan living area covers the entire top floor of the apartment with vaulted ceilings and full height windows on 3 sides. There are two south/south west facing terraces with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views.
You will find a compact and well designed kitchen which is fully equipped with a full sized oven and hob built into the kitchen island. A family sized fridge freezer, a wine fridge and coffee machine add to this convenient kitchen and mean that you have everything you need to cater for a family or group of friends. A walk in pantry provides lots of storage space and has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining table seats 8 people and overlooks the large sofa which looks out onto the balcony and provides the perfect spot to take in the views. The lounge has a projector screen and surround sound giving a full cinematic experience if you decide to stay in the for the evening.

The 4 bedrooms are located on the lower floor and each has an ensuite shower room and plenty of storage. Each room has a king sized bed which can split into 2 singles if required. One bedroom has a single bunk over the main bed. Every room has a TV with UK and French channels.
