Chalet Sonnennalm is a comfortable semi-detached chalet with the perfect location, directly across the Schmittenhöhe lift and the TrassXpress in Zell am See! These lifts will bring you to an altitude of 2000 metres leading directly into the ski area from where you can head any direction to explore this ski area. Also the Sonnenalmbahn is found within a short walk from the chalet.
Beginners can start on the two short blue slopes at the Falegg- and Schmidolin drag lifts – here the kids club is situated as well. The ski school can be found at the Schmittenhöhebahn and the TrasXpress lifts. Booked rental equipment can also be collected down at the Schmittenhöhebahn. If there is enough snow and the weather conditions are good, you can ski all the way back to the accommodation.
The pretty centre of Zell am See is about 2km away. Here you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Bread service is optional as well. At the chalet there are two parking places available and there is a ski room. The free shuttle stop is 50m away.After a long day on the slopes you can enjoy your own sauna situated in the chalet.
Chalet Sonnennalm is divided over three floors.
There is a living room with a sitting area with two sofas, a flatscreen TV, typical Austrian stove and a dining table for 11 persons. There is a new and modern kitchen equipped with 4 hotplates, an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and an electric kettle. Moreover, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue and a view over the ski lifts. There are also two balconies and a Wi-Fi internet connection.
There are four bedrooms, of which two have a double bed, one is a 3-person bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and there is one family bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds. There are three bathrooms, of which one has a shower and a toilet, one bathroom has a bath and a shower and the last bathroom has a shower, washing machine and a sauna. There is one separate toilet.The chalet is offered either self catered or with half board catering.
