Chalet Cimes is Ideally located on the ski slopes of the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine, in the l'Altiport chalet complex providing you with the perfect ski-in, ski-out accommodation. The chalets are exclusively located in a convenient and quiet area higher up the mountain approximately 800m from the bustling centre of the Alpe d'Huez resort, where numerous bars restaurants and boutiques can be found, as well as a swimming pool, leisure centre, ice rink and cinema, with the chalets being a short walk of around 300m, or ski, from Les Bergers complex, where you will find a choice of ski hire shops, supermarket, boulangeries and a number of cafes and bars. The free shuttle bus runs frequently to the resort centre which stops close by too.
A charming and peaceful base, ski direct from your front door to the gentle slopes bordering the resort, which are ideal for beginners. More experienced skiers can venture straight out to the lifts at Les Bergers, giving you direct access to the larger Alpe d'Huez ski area.
The chalet comes well furnished and decorated in traditional Savoyarde style, with a large wood burning fireplace, wood and stone interior and deep colours giving the rooms a warm feel. There is plenty of space in all of the rooms, with a large open-plan living area with a fireplace and satellite TV.
An American kitchen with all the modern amenities, including a hob, oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, extractor fan and fridge/freezer, plus all crockery and pans, allows guests to cook and eat as and when they want. The chalet offers guests total comfort and space, sleeping up to 15 people, with 7 en-suite bathrooms and toilets. The chalet offers private balcony/terrace providing panoramic views of the mountains plus a private sauna in which to unwind.
