The apartment is located in the "Résidence Les Arolles", on the 5th floor. It faces south and catches the sun almost all day, making sitting on the terrace a real pleasure.
Equipment includes central heating, normal cooking facilities, dishwasher, large bathroom, separate toilet, cable TV, etc..
Four people can sleep in comfort in the living-room and the cabin.A large bay window opens on the terrace.
The residence enjoys the best and sunniest location in the resort, near the ski lifts and slopes, and above restaurants and shops. It features a lift and is secured by a digicode.
A private box for skis is available in a locked room on the ground floor.
Rental is on a weekly basis, from Saturday 15.00 to Saturday 11:00.
Two-week stays or longer are possible, as you wish.

Prices include : rental for 7 nights, electricity, central heating, cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided, only laundry cost is payable at the laundry shop before departure.
Local tax : A local tax of 0.80 € per person per day is not included in the price - it has to be paid separately - not applicable for children under 13.
Booking : a 30 % non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance should be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cheques are accepted in Euros or English Pounds (at the rate of exchange at the time any payment is due). For other currencies, other means of payment are possible upon request.
End-of-stay cleaning : the apartment must be left clean and tidy. Cleaning service is available upon request at extra cost.
A refundable damage deposit of 150 € or £100 (cheques only) is required 3 weeks prior to arrival (refunded 15 days after departure, minus damage or laundry costs if any). Insurance : we advise you to take travel insurance that covers any cancellation expense and cost of damage exceeding the damage deposit.
