Studio 202 is located on the second floor with a west facing balcony. It has a double bed a single sofa-bed so it can sleep up to 3 people. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rail. There is a kitchenette with a 2-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle & toaster.. The dining table is with 3 dining chairs and there is a flat screen TV & DVD player. There is also an entrance hall which has a storage area for coats & boots.
The studio is part of the gated complex Chamkoria Chalets, which is located in a beautiful forested area 7km from the center of Borovets Ski Resort. The apartment building has an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage area, mini-market, bar & restaurant, reception area, and private shuttle bus. The shuttle bus brings you to the ski slopes free of charge and you also have free use of the leisure facilities in the main apartment building. Use of the leisure facilities is also free. There is free Wifi in this apartment.

The restaurant & shuttle bus service is only operational during the ski season.
The leisure facilities are only open during the ski season, however during the summer months there is an outdoor jacuzzi and sun loungers available free of charge.
