This superb 260m2 chalet has a southern exposure and panoramic views and was completely renovated between 2022 and 2023 by the valley's finest craftsmen to create a contemporary luxury residence, while retaining a traditional mountain style.
The chalet has been designed to offer the greatest possible comfort to its occupants, including a high-speed WiFi (often overlooked), as well as high speed WiFi access in every part of the chalet, so working here or kids playing on their iPads etc is a breeze. Two TV's, including a home cinema, are available with the two apple TVs providing access to hundreds of channels in many languages. Access to various streaming platforms (Prime, Netflix, etc.) is also provided.
The garage next to the road provides parking for residents' cars in all weathers (including periods of heavy snow). The garage also serves as storage/dryer for skis, ski boots and mountain bikes. There are also several outdoor parking spaces. The shuttle bus stop 100m away takes you to the ski lifts in just a few minutes (800m away) for skiing, mountain biking and hiking, or to the centre 900m away.
Enjoy cooking in this open plan kitchen or let our chef rustle up something for you with the chalet bookable on either a self catered or catered basis to suit. The well equipped kitchen has 2 ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc and a Nespresso machine.
Relax in the lovely living room with a small adjoining "night area" (separated from the living room) with a single pull down bed. Then if its a movie you want to watch check out the home cinema room or for a bit of fun battle it out on the table football machine.

As for the sleeping arrangements then 3 bedrooms have a king sized bed (180 x 200), 3 bedrooms have a queen bed (160 x 200) with the remaining bedroom having 2 single beds (90 x 200). Then we have 5 bathrooms including 4 showers, 2 large baths and 5 toilets, 2 of which are independent.
