The breath taking Ecrins Lodge is a stunning furnished 4 bedroom self catered and catered chalet in the hidden gem of Les Gauchoirs, just 5 minutes drive to the Venosc lift up to Les Deux Alpes. The resort of Alpe D'Huez is also a 30 minute drive away if you fancy a change of scene. The Ecrins Lodge offers a master ensuite sleeping 4, a queen ensuite sleeping 2, a twin room sleeping 2 and a twin room with a separate bathroom. Each bedroom has typical comfortable alpine furnishing, towels and toiletries. The chalet has a large open dining room and lounge with comfortable seating areas, log fire, board games and a big screen tv with Netflix. The chalet offers breathtaking views from each bedroom and the two balconies.
At Ecrins Lodge we offer either catered, self-catered or a bed and breakfast option (3 minimum night stay)
Dominic and your hostess will be looking after you during your stay. Dominic from the UK has over 15 years experience in the industry and will truly impress you with his fun genuine hospitality and comforting food if you decide to go catered.
Catered Option Includes:
- Breakfast: To prepare you for the slopes, we serve a hearty, freshly prepared breakfast with a selection of cereals and porridge, croissants, bread, toast, various hot options each day, fresh fruits, yoghurts, fruit juices, tea & coffee.
- Evening Meal: Enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapes with your group or fellow guests. Then take your seats at the table for a 3 course evening meal ranging from modern British and European cuisine, to pan-Asian dishes and local French specialities, all served with a selection of carefully chosen wines.

It has a small balcony with beautiful views. Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed and ensuite bathroom This is our ensuite queen room which is on the 1st floor which sleeps 2. It has a skylight and a large window with views of the mountains and garden. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds This is our ensuite twin room on the 1st floor which sleeps 2. It has a large skylight with views of the mountains. Bedroom 4: 1 single bed and 1 double bed This is our smallest room with one single bed and above a double bunk with small skylight. This room is more suitable for children due to the size and separate bathroom but is also available for adults. |
