Parapente is the french word used for hand gliding, which can be done in tandem with a professional in Peisey-Vallandry. With spectacular views, and sometimes a sighting of a Royal Eagle or Bearded Vulture.
In winter take off and landing is done wearing skis or a snowboard. Both young and old can do it, but you must be able to land with your skis/board on.
