The large chalet, surrounded by a stone walled garden with a shared roofed BBQ, is split into two properties (Chalets A & B) each with log burning stoves, 4 bedrooms, two wet rooms and a ground floor toilet. Situated in Dolno Draglishte, a village in a valley at the base of the Rila mountains, there are beautiful uninterrupted views from balconies. Heating is by electric radiators with an additional log burning stove. Completed in Winter 2013 and furnished to a high standard with a combination of king sized beds, 2 x double rooms, 1 triple room and one twin bedroom, satellite TV, BluRay disc and free Wi-Fi. Bansko is 10 minutes drive away and Banya, with its natural hot mineral pools, is 5km.

There are a wide range of activities that take place within this area :-Mountain biking - many trails suitable for mountain biking in this area. Our neighbours () will hire mountain bikes, arrange transport to the summits, pick up at the base of trails and facilitate treks over several mountains with overnight accommodation in the mountain huts.
Walking/hiking/climbing - many opportunities for all.
Horse riding - many centers throughout the local mountains, some of which also offer horse riding in the snow.
Razlog state game-breeding preserve - offers attractive routes for eco- tourism, photo- safaris and fishing tourism. The predatory animals, that can be seen there are: wolf, fox, wild cat and marten.
Fishing - more than 100 glacial lakes in this area with fly fishing for brown trout and also river fishing
Narrow gauge railway - it is possible to take the mainline train from Sofia to Septemvri from where 3 trains daily run on their 5 hour journey along the 125 kilometer narrow gauge railway to Dobrinishte, stopping on the way at the highest railway station in the Balkans, Avramovo station1267m.
