Picasso is a two-bedroom, ground-floor holiday apartment to rent in the heart of Chamonix town. The apartment lies only 100m from the main street and 200m from the Le Savoy lift, yet, thanks to its position behind the church and the grounds around it that house the Guide’s office, it is as quiet a location as you will find this close to the heart of Chamonix.
The apartment has a south and west-facing garden that looks up to Mont Blanc allowing guests privacy and tranquility.
The sunny garden has comfortable chairs and a parasol for you to relax in and take in the views.
The apartment benefits from a garage and a ski locker and is consistently one of our most booked properties both in winter and summer.
The apartment is normally set up as two double bedrooms, however there is the option to add a single bed to the second bedroom and one extra person can sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge.
The apartment consists of:
An open-plan living area with large sofa that turns into a single bed, a dining table for six and a well equipped kitchen, and access to the garden.
Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with 160cm wide bed with access to the garden.
Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom with 140cm wide bed and the option to add a single bed.
A bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and washing machine.
The apartment has private and secure underground parking in a lockable garage and there is the St Michel public car park (payable) just opposite the building.
A locked room (but shared with the rest of the building) allows you to store bikes and prams and contains the apartment's lockable cupboard for skis and snowboards in winter.
