The chalet is set back from the road and is backing onto the famous river dranse which is easily accessible directly on foot from the chalet.
Close to the centre of Morzine with all its great restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets and 20 mtrs from the free bus service, the position is great.
In the summer you can benefit from the large outdoor pool complex, tennis courts and skate park minutes from the chalet.
In the winter the free bus can take you to any ski lifts of your choice or it is a 10min stroll to the centre of town.
