The chalet has been renovated to the highest standard by its builder owner and uses the very latest technology to minimise its environmental impact. Underfloor central heating is provided via a geothermal heat pump and the airflow through the chalet utilises a heat exchange system for example. What really strikes you about this chalet is the attention to detail that has been lavished upon it and the feeling of space and light that the owner has achieved.
This care extends to the furnishing and decoration too, all of which are very high quality, and achieves that modern but warm chalet feel perfectly. The wood burner is a nice touch, though you'll rarely need it due to the efficiency of the heating, and the WiFi and UK FreeSat TV and French TV will keep you in touch with the rest of the world.
Two of the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms with toilets and there is one family bathroom with toilet and one family shower room for the other two bedrooms. There's also a separate toilet on the first floor too, so no queuing for showers or the loo in this chalet!
The chalet has a good sized and secure garden which is perfect for young children in summer and winter alike. There's also a balcony to the front of the living area and a lovely first floor terrace with table and chairs to the rear of the living space which has great views up to the Domes de Miage making a great spot for a cup of tea or G&T after a day up the hill.
A covered private parking space with additional space for one other car finish off the outdoor space.
