A traditional 19th century (1800's) stone built house, with large entrance through solid wooden double doors, leading off to the kitchen, dining area, lounge (with log burner), downstairs family bathroom/utility room, as well as ski/storage room.
When you arrive at the house, you will feel it quite imposing with it's many windows and original solid wooden shutters.

Beautiful solid restored wooden flooring running throughout the first floor, with a lovely large landing, leading to a Juliette balcony, and access to outside seating for 12. A south facing balcony, 6m long, with views over the roof tops and with the Julian Alps in the backdrop.

Stairs to attic:
Lovely solid wooden stairs leading from the first floor, up to the attic, where again, you will find the original features such as the exposed original stone walls used to support the roof. There are 11 beautiful floor level level windows, as well as roof lights, making these two bedrooms very beautiful and full of character.

There is is public free parking opposite. Please note the drive is shared, so you can park one car and not have to move it, you may need to move a second if the neighbour wants to get out to get out.

Tolmin - less than 3km; Attractions in Tolmin centre is 5 minutes bus ride (bus stop opposite the house and runs throughout the day), or hire bikes and it will take you just a few minutes (bike hire also in Tolmin).
