About La Clusaz
Lodge Fauspé is superbly located, just minutes from La Clusaz and overlooking the popular La Balme ski field - a favourite with French freeride world champion Candide Thovex. The ski lift is a short drive away and parking is free, but if you’d rather not take the car, the ski bus stops at the end of the road, putting the whole of the Annecy ski resorts at your disposal. Your Aravis ski pass will give you access to more than 220km of perfect pistes and 95 lifts in the stations of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and Manigod. Cross-country skiers and snowshoe walkers will find great terrain at the nearby Lac des Confins and the Beauregard plateau.If you fancy a break from the pistes, La Clusaz has an ice rink, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a spa centre, and a cinema. If you’re looking for a challenge, try sledging, dog-sledding and sleigh rides, all within a few miles of your holiday home. Lodge Fauspé is also the perfect base for the Défi Foly competition, when skiers end the season by seeing how far they can ski across the Lac des Confins!

Situated just outside the year-round resort of La Clusaz, there is no shortage of summer fun and adventure within a few minutes of Lodge Fauspé. There are plenty of gentle walks in the Lac des Confins area, where you will also find a tennis club, golf course, driving range, fishing and a riding centre. Take the lift up into the mountains for some high-altitude hiking or biking, or try white-water rafting, canyoning, via ferrata and para-gliding in the La Clusaz area. The crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy are just 40 minutes drive away, making it a great place for a day out - you can swim and fish in the lake, windsurf or just hire a boat and explore the lakeside beaches.
